Where is the battery on a 150cc taotao scooter

On most versions of Roketa 150cc engines, the choke is automatic and electrically driven..  It is integrated with the carburetor.

The batter is underneath a panel with four screws (1 recessed) located underneath the mat where your feet go.

SOURCE: i have a taotao 150cc scooter and it cranks and runs/idles great but when im ridding it and open it up full throtle it bogges down.i replaced the gas filter,petcock and put a brand new carberator onit

getting to much gas,adjust carb
