Do you mean it blows the FUSE?
You need a bike shop before you burn it out

Check all the wiring to see if any wires are exposed and shorting out to a ground. If wires are all good replace the regulator but more likely an issue in the wire harness somewhere

HI, CHECK THE FUSE LOCATED ON THE STARTER SOLENOIDE THIS IS SEPARATE FROM THE FUSE BOX, AND CAN BE FOUND UNDER A RED COVER ON THE SOLENOIDE, FOLLOW THE LIVE WIRE THIS HAS A RED BOOT ON THE BATTERY END YOU WILL LOCATE THE SOLENOIDE WHERE THE WIRE SPLITS INTO 2,

OTHER LIKELY CAUSE REVERSING THE POLARITY AND PUTTING LIVE DOWN THE EARTH MAY HAVE SHORT CIRCUITED THE REGULATOR RECTIFIER,

1998 honda cbr 600 headlight not working? put in a new bulb and a good fuse.

You will have to check your starter button. It is a two position switch. When you push it in half way the light turns off to commit more battery power to the starter. When it is all the way in it engages the solenoid. It may be dirty or broken and is keeping the head light from working.

Battery registers 14.5 volts when off and when running at 3000 rps it is registering at 17 plus v. the bike will not start . all there is is a click. and it has a new activator and stator. any...

Since the solenoid clicks the starter button works. follow the positive battery cable to the solenoid. Jump the two solenoid posts, if the starter works , you have a bad solenoid. Hold the starter button and gently tap on the starter with a plastic hammer. If the starter works you need new brushes. If you take the starter apart and the coils are burnt or the armature is shorted , you need a new starter. When testing an armature you should have continuity between every other brush contact point.

1998 Hond CBR 600 goes flat at 5800 rpm

I believe that you should give the carb jets a clean as this sounds like a fuel delivery issue. there is no electrical reason why there should be a break in performance like that.

30 amp fuse blows when trying to start engine

I always start by unplugging lights, kill wire to coil electric clutch if it has one ,sometime its the fuel shut off solenoid on the bottom of carb if it has one.
You can keep trying until you find the thing that does not blow a fuse or use an ohm meter to read from pos cable to ground of tractor unhook ground wire to battery you will read short to ground thru coil kill wire, starter solenoid small wire on spade, fuel shut off
solenoid ,electric clutch ,rectifier (charging system )and large wire to starter thats why I unplug them .
I have seen more shorts from lights , fuel shut off solenoid , charging system. not ing coil not safety switches not even bad starters.
good luck
