What cc is the engine I'm talking about a 250 cc

not knowing the make or model , all differ but most have a marking near the fill or dipstick in cc of fluid that you can convert to ounces, also many oil containers have cc's in the small print

Has the bike been laid over? Could be possible that your air filter is soaked with oil and is burning off( smoke) or being forced out of the muffler.
