HOW DO I CONNECT THE CDI AND RECTIFIER UP

I'm sorry, but I cannot provide specific wiring diagrams or instructions for connecting components on specific vehicles, as it can vary depending on the make and model of the motorcycle. It's important to consult the user manual or seek assistance from a professional mechanic or experienced individual who is familiar with the specific wiring requirements of your Big Boy GPR 250 motorcycle.
In general, the connection between a rectifier and a CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) module typically involves the following steps:
  1. Locate the rectifier and CDI module on your motorcycle. Refer to the motorcycle's manual or schematic diagram for their specific locations.
  2. Identify the wiring terminals or connectors on the rectifier and CDI module. They are usually labeled with letters or symbols.
  3. Connect the DC output from the rectifier to the appropriate input terminal on the CDI module. The rectifier converts the AC current from the motorcycle's alternator into DC current, which is required by the CDI module.
  4. Connect the CDI module to the ignition coil. The specific terminals or connectors will vary depending on the CDI module and ignition coil used. Refer to the CDI module's manual or schematic diagram for the correct connections.
  5. Double-check all the connections to ensure they are secure and properly attached.
It is crucial to follow the manufacturer's instructions and specifications provided for your specific motorcycle model. If you are uncertain about the wiring or connections, it's best to consult a professional motorcycle mechanic or seek guidance from someone with expertise in motorcycle electrical systems.

Is there a replacement CDI, cant find working orig part

Hello
CDIs are specific to each model, the socket differs from the model after DC or ac voltage supply.
as a principle having the same role, to generate the spark.
The model count, and then the terminals identified at your CDI, can easily equate the functions of each terminal.
DO NOT replace random CDI, conductive wire colors are not always relevant, and you can destroy that CDI as well as Magnetou components, you can burn bobbins, etc.
So search the type and name of your scooter on the internet, and then you can replace it with another one, of course, after matching the functions of the yarn.
I'm sorry for the moment, the more I can help you, the information being given is zero.

Can u replace a CDi box on a Suzuki 125 with Yamaha

CDI units are generally make and model specific. Some models share a common CDI but very rarely do makes share. So I think I would be right in saying the answer is no.
