I i am not wrong you are asking about adding oil to the petrol tank. you should not add oil in petrol tank for any 4 stroke engines yours is 4 stroke. engine oil will act as a lubricant to the piston.No need to add oil with petrol for Honda Activa.

Shut off valve at the bottom of tank. remove fuel line from carburetor and point it into an approved fuel container. Open fuel valve and drain tank. If you have a reserve setting on your valve, turn it to that to get all the fuel out. Then, look the the bowl of your carburetor. At the bottom there is a small drain line. Above that drain line is a slotted screw. Point that drain line into a container and turn the screw left to drain the fuel out of the carburetor bowl. Retighten the screw after it drains. Place your fuel tank valve to off.

It will be best that you can do it at the Honda service which is close to your place. Have an appointment and it can be done in an hour so that the right oil and the service book is updated accordingly.

Depending on what country you are in and the quality of the gasoline, it would not hurt to use a product like Marvel Mystery Oil in the gasoline.

Well if you look under the car when filling or when its not leaking you will see that either were the leak is or where it has been leaking as you will see the stain marks were its been running and it will be either the pump gasket ( thats were the pump is fitted in the tank and the seal leaks when it get to that point OR the breather pipe on the top of the tank is broken or cracked,
BUT WOULD SAY ITS THE PUMP GASKET
