Will pw 80 cdi fit 2002 dtlc 125 - 2004 Yamaha PW 80

sounds like the shifter fork may be bent there are a lot of these tt-r 125 on here with this issue

when you look at the cdi you should se a recess in the corner just a small little recess , enough for a small drill bit to fit , drill the small nipple located in the recess
and i am no expert , just persistent at researching the net

hi how did you know were 2 drill the cdi ? i have a 2008 rs i have fitted the powervale but its not working from reserch i think drilling the cdi activates the powervale but if you dont have one the light comes on on ur clock all i need 2 know is were 2 drill the cdi thanx

it should mount under the seat

The warning light and EFI will disappear once you fit power valve :)

I've got 2008 Aprilia RS125 and CDI I derestricted first.. I had warning light on until I fitted power valve.. No warning light now.
