ye second one on the bottom right is transmission oil.

No oil pan plug, it is a sump system. Just find the oil tank, drain it, change the filter.

The oil tank is on the bottom of the transmission. There are two drain plugs, one for the engine oil and one for transmission lube. The engine oil drain is the one closest to the left front of the oil tank. The drain that is more in the center is the transmission drain.

Afraid you are going to have to take it apart far enough to see inside of hole and check for blockage. Either that or the oil supplier is not working. Either way plan on a long weekend in your driveway.
