How do I remove saddlebags, 1997 Suzuki Intruder vs800. I can't remember how the back seat comes off!

Bend the rear sent in the middle while pushing it forward, the back tabs will come loose so you can lift the seat up.

thr rear wheel is removed as normal except u will have to tilt the bike over on the opposite side to the driveshaft. dont forget the brake rod has to be removed as well.

Have you check all the bulbs condition? Check your fuses and the blinker coil.

there are 2 bolts under the front area of the forward seat each side remove the 2 bolts lift the seat and forward to remove,then you will see 2 more bolts for the rear seat remove them slide the seat forward and remove it.

I have these same guards on my 1996 Suzuki VS800 Intruder. They look good and make great foot rests while on longer rides.

Insert your ignition key into lock and turn counterclockwise, raise the rear-end slide seat backward. That should do it.
