How do I remove saddlebags, 1997 Suzuki Intruder vs800. I can't remember how the back seat comes off!

thr rear wheel is removed as normal except u will have to tilt the bike over on the opposite side to the driveshaft. dont forget the brake rod has to be removed as well.

Have you check all the bulbs condition? Check your fuses and the blinker coil.

there are 2 bolts under the front area of the forward seat each side remove the 2 bolts lift the seat and forward to remove,then you will see 2 more bolts for the rear seat remove them slide the seat forward and remove it.

You asked a specific question, thanks. I don't have experience with your specific bike ... but my general answer may apply. Remove the seat. Should be one or two bolts at the rear of the seat to remove. The battery will be below the seat.
