usually speedometer problems are due to the broken speedometer wire you can replace them by buying one from hero service/spare parts store and get them fixed from any mechanic
If you want to do them all by yourself then lemme warn u that it is not that easy .
You will have to remove the wire connection from the head by removing the Visor then unscrewing it from the back of dial connection then you will need to pull out the wire from the drum's end (only the wire not the whole setup) then replace it with new wire u bought,
Doing all the steps backwards if u know what i mean and VOILA!
