Hi and welcome to FixYa,
Initially, the click is significant as it indicates that the starter relay is engaging (hence the click) but the contacts are not switching (hence no starter spin). To confirm, temporarily jumper the 2 big terminals of the starter relay. To locate the starter relay, follow the cable from the battery's + terminal.
Offhand, no headlight would require tracing where the headlight +12 is missing using a testlight rather than a voltmeter.
Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

Hi
They are in front of the ignition key. Pull off the
little panel surrounding the ignition (from the bottom)

Sounds like the carbs need to be synchronized. What you have with a multi carb bike is a multiple small engines attached to the same crankshaft. If one is accelerating harder than the others, it will cause "cylinder fight" as the others either fight to keep up, or slow the faster one down. You need a special tool to do it, or you can get it done reasonably cheap at almost any bike shop. It could also just be a spark plug wire shorting out. And make sure they are in the right order. Good luck.
