Make sure choke is closing all the way. And check fuel filter to make sure there is enough flow. Also some suzukis had cold weather limiter knobs on carb you slid in or out if temp was above or below 50

change the fuel in tank,clean carbs ,change the spark plugs ,change the oil.check all brake lines ,calipers,and pads. check tires for weather crack in tread and side wall
