I checked with my local Kioti dealer, he suggested I change the fuel filter which I did. Hard then to start, but eventually it did clear out the air and seemed to run normally. So I thought I had solved the problem and I started mowing grass. Ran fine for about 10 minutes, I got off to clear some brush in the way and the rpms slowly started to slow down....this is what it was doing before. Once it stops, you cannot restart for at least 15-20 minutes, then it seems normal until it starts to slow down again. Fuel gauge shows 3/4 full tank.
Here is an idea.
It sort of sounds like there is a blockage after a while in the gas tank.
If there were sediment in the bottom of the gas tank, it would start and run fine sitting still.
However, when driving it, it would be a matter of a few minutes until the sloshing of the fuel would cause the sediment to mix in with the fuel, and clog the filter screen in the fuel tank.
When it stops, the sediment would settle back down, and in 15 - 20 minutes, it would be clear again.
God bless your efforts.
