SOURCE: WONT START AFTER DRIVING. WAIT 1 HR THEN STARTS,

I had the same issue with my 1997 Astro and it was the crank position sensor. It would loose power if I were driving and shut down once it slowed down or just shut off if idling or at a light. It would them not fire back up until it cooled off. Hope this is of good help.

SOURCE: suzuki gs550l flot height

not sure on the exact specs but flip the carb upside down and look how the floats look to the horizon of the earth. Sounds silly but that is how pretty much all bike mechanics set them, just make them level to the earth. Good luck

SOURCE: My 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee won't start in very

My guess is there is ingress, via a leak, of un-metered air after the Mass Air Sensor. The air under the hood can get very hot on a sunny day. If there is a leak in the filtered air ducting or one of the vacuum tubes has become detached from the intake manifold/plenum then sucking in hot air will make the fuel mix to the engine to lean to fire up. Check you ducting especially where it joins the throttle for any cracks or loose joints. Check crank case breather pipe connection to duct. Check each vacuum tube, after the throttle, connecting with the manifold for leaks. Check the brake vacuum servo pipe for good connections

I have a 2011 125 suzuki burgman in summer after driving around for about 30 min I go into a shop and when I turn the ignition it won't start if I leave it for 60 min it will start straight away. This has...

Automatic choke issue. In hot weather the engine doesn't need the choke. When the engine cools it does. In winter the engine cools much faster. As it is fuel injected and electronically controlled, you will probably need a dealer service. However, there is a quick trick, to trick the computer. In summer grab a big handful of throttle as you start it. This introduces a lot more air and less fuel.

Need to syc carbs on suzuki 1986 gs550l motorcycle

Get a carburetor synchronizing tool and a service manual (OEM Suzuki, Haynes or Clymer). Synching a two carb engine is easy. There's only one screw to adjust, and it's usually between the carbs.
