Vin number on the fork neck
SOURCE: VIN number
The VIN is stamped on the frame, up on the steering neck on the right side. It is also found on a sticker on the left side of the rear swingarm, but this is often removed by owners looking to clean up the look of their bike.
SOURCE: cross reference an engine serial number
Suzuki prints a publication that cross references vin numbers to engine numbers. They are sent to dealers.

if you give the suzuki dealer the chassis number of the bike then they can provide you with a key to fit the lock.

on the steering head on the frame, in between the upper and lower triple clamps.
thats not enough characters to be a proper VIN you should have 17 numbers/letters and the 10th digit will tell you the year. The VIN should be stamped in the neck of the frame. If your find the whole number I can break it down for you.
