How do I clean the pump when the clean pump light comes on? Wts1073dd

Hi,most washing machines have a pannal at the bottom on the front of the machine wich just clips off,then there should be a round screw in plug wich you unscrew anti clock wise,when undone just pull out anything that might be inside with your hand,then put back together.hope thi was some help.(before you open the plug put a tray of some kind under neath to catch excess water thats inside).
