The cargo light is tied to the interior/dome lights. If you have a dome light then the bulb is bad or it has a broken wire. If not, then check the dome light fuse. In the fuse panel under the dash.

Interior lights will not come on in the 1999 ford expedition
Can be a number of reasons. Check selector position on face of dome light. There should be 3 settings. Dome ON, Dome Auto, Dome OFF.

Check fuses. Check to see if any other doors will activate the lights.

My dome light stays on all the time in a Ford Ranger 1995 2WD pickup. i think the time delay is not working - where is it located?
It looks like one of the plungers on the switch at one of your doors has broken off. If not it is in your main switch (I doubt it tho)

Dome lights won't shut off
Have you checked the dimmer knob for the dashboard lights? If the 2006 Fords are like my (a bit older) Fords, then turning the dashboard lights to the brightest setting will turn on the dome light. Just turn the knob a bit to the left and the dome lights should turn off.

How do you replace dome lights o 1993 GMC pickup?
Remove the bulb cover. Slide the bulb toward one of the terminals (doesn't matter which way) the tilt the bulb down. reinstall in the reverse.
