2015 Harley Davidson FLSTC Heritage Softail Classic will not turn over

Sounds to me like "inspect" might be the button programmed on the phone. IF the button is labeled "night" then you can reprogram the button.

press "SPKR # 0 0"
Press the button labeled "Night"
Press "* 3 9"

Then press the "home" or "exit" button.

See if that works...

Bud's Harley Shop still there?
O.k. daft thing is the off run switch on the handlebars turned to off?
Failing this will the bike start and run off bumping (Push start).
If it does take a look at the battery (Maybe Dead cell/s) or Starter solenoid wire/fuse.
Solenoid is located near the battery it is the cylindrical item with the main pos+ wire from battery going to it.
Good Luck! could do with a new Bud's Harley 'T' shirt as mines worn out.

You would have to get it on a diagnostic machine to have it turned off, cost about $25 to be honest you could just take the bulb out until after the inspection, thing is mostly they come on for no valid reason, its just another way the car makers squeze money out of us.
