I have a RM 125, the carb is leaking fuel out of the overflow. I checked the carb multiple times and also checked the float and needles. If anyone has suggestions to stop the leaking feel free to ask.

If it is leaking out of the overflow, then either the float is set for the wrong height of fuel in the bowl, or the needle that shuts off the flow is missing, or there is something stuck in the jet. The best thikng to do is to take it off the boike completely and strip it on a bench. You will need the workshop manual to check all the parts are there and to find the float height.

Wow, everything is in this manual! Section 4 - 2

This can be from several things. The most common is that the engine is leaking gas through the piston rings when it is off.

My 2004 rm 125 carb has consistent gas flow out the lower overflow but still runs? At idle it still is running out overflow.

Sounds like an inlet valve is sticking open. You have to disassemble the carb and find the cause. Overflow is too much fuel. Fix this before using or running the machine, as you are a fire hazard.

I HAVE A 2002 RM 250

You need to remove and clean the carbureator, the needle and seat are dirty and allowing the fuel to leak by and out the overflow. A good cleaning should fix the trouble.

How do the hoses go on my carb 1975 suzuki rm 125

How many hoses do you have? On most bikes you have a larger hose, for fuel, and two smaller hoses for carb overflow. You can take off the bowl from the carb and turn on the gas (outside the garage).........and if gas flows out you have the fuel hose on correctly. The smaller overflow hoses are not that important. They are just there to take any fuel overflow away from the carburetor.
