If you could describe a little better what the bad cylinder sounds like, it would help, but it sounds like it has low compression, or it could be a bad ignition coil, ground the spark plug and test to see if there is a spark, it could be many things but star by testing the obvious and hopefully you should find the problem

Pull the plugs and see if they are wet, if so you probably have either a bad plug or plug wire.Check to see if the plug wire is secure at the head of the plug as well as were it inserts into the solenoid .

Can't get over 50 mph on a 99 vz800

Check that it is running on both cylinders. If plugs are fresh, pull them and compare. If one still looks like new out of the box then that cylinder is not firing. Or if you have an infrared temperature probe, check the exhaust temp at each pipe is the same.

MotoTec dirt bike has 3 setting for speed but each setting is under powered.. On high the bike might hit 10mph with 50 pound rider on asphalt.. Batteries are good and run forever on a charge. Fix?

You get what you pay for.
The setting for speed are 5,10,16 mph.
You want anything faster you would have to do major rewire of the bike to over volt and current on the motor and additional batteries - cheaper to buy a faster bike.

2000 gsxr600y Flat spots and rough running at 8 and 11 thousand rpm, won't pull passed 11000 from 4th gear up as running so rough

Full disassemble of carbs is needed. Thorough cleaning on jets and airways, vacuum and pilot screw adjustment must be done too.
Check the spark plugs for lean mixture indication and replace them if necessary.

Mmi have a 99 1200 sportster xl runs really rough like not on all cylinders not sure about kind of carb but its stock with bike and black smoke coming out of front cylinder and plug is black like carbon...

If it's the stock carb, it is a Keihin CV carb. If you've got black smoke coming out of the front cylinder, this means it's running very rich and especially on the front carb. I'd take the carb off and go completely through it cleaning and rebuilding it. I'd also replace the intake seal where the carb plugs into the intake and the intake seals where the intake meets the heads. It sounds like your carb is flooding. Unless you are familiar with these carbs, I'd advise you to take it to an experienced mechanic. These carbs are complicated and not meant for the amateur to be rebuilding them.

2001 heritage clssaic starts and idles fine when you put it under power it bogs out after 1/4 trottle pull the choke out and you get to 1/2 trottle before it bogs and if you hold in bog zone it will die...

It sounds like one of two things. One, the jets in the carb may be clogged. The way you're describing it, it sounds like the main jet in the carb is clogged. You're running off the slow speed jet. When you open the choke (enricher) you're adding a bit more fuel and air improving the performance a bit. If it's te carb, it needs to be completely disassembled and soaked in a professional quality carb cleaner and thoroughly gone through to ensure all passageways are clear.

The next problem is the exhaust system. I've seen bikes do this before when changing a camshaft. Remove a stock cam and install a high performance cam and the bike will no longer run. The reason is that the baffles in the exhaust system were so restrictive that the engine could no longer "breathe" with them in there. Removed the baffles and the engine ran fine but was too loud for the owner's liking. We replaced the stock system with a free flowing high performance muffler system and the bike ran great.

Sounds like low fuel pressure. i.e. fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, or fuel filter.
