I have a 2003 Suzuki katana 600 and the wiring has been butchered and I'm trying to figure it out but not doing very well could really use some help or some guidance

replace the fuel clean the carbs change the oil new plugs clean air filter check the valve clearances( if any are really wide a valve may be stuck open) I assume you have already fitted a new battery
To sync your carbs there are various suppliers for the sync sticks. Norgan Carbtune from the UK or Motion Pro are two that come to mind. Both can supply carb syncro sticks. I would suggest getting a manual or checking your library for the specific syncroed level.
the frame should be the same. the difference between the gsx and gsxr, is that one is a two stroke and one is a four stroke. the frames should be the same. what are you doing with these bike, first.......
