I have a new battery but when I press the start button nothing !
It is if the batt is flat. When I put on the lights there is loads of power. If I jump start there is no differnce. If I push start it runs perfect, Is this a relay or starting motor????

Take the battery in to a vehicle battery specialist for checking. It will be a free service.
They will hook it up to a small machine that will load test it.
11.5V seems low to me.
If the battery is new it may still be dead and can be replaced under warranty. I had one go in 3 months and was replaced for free.
Turn off notebook. Remove the battery. Press Power button. Notebook should start working. Wait for 15 secs. If the screen still blank press Power button and hold it for approx. 4 seconds until notebook is powered off. Then press power button again. Bingo, problem should be solved.
Sounds like the power converter. The power input and the battery are single voltage. The computer requires multiple voltages which are generated by a power converter. If you have installed this motherboard, ensure the connections to the power converter are correct.
you might have to re sync the remote to the consol again open the front cover with the wii on press the red sync button then press the red button inside the batt compartment on the remote you will have to have reg batts in the remote to do this then put the rechagable pack back in this might help ive had to do this a couple times
It sounds like your battery is bad. Put a voltmeter on the battery terminals and check the voltage when you press the start button. If it drops below ten, the battery is bad. If you take the battery to an auto parts place they can load test it and tell you if it is good. You could also try a blast of about 10 seconds with the horn. It pulls more power than just the lights but still may not fail if the battery is just on the edge.
There is no circuit breaker for the main power on a bike, you could have a fuse blowing but it would not come back on if it was.
When the Batt is inserted and you are on AC power do you have a lit charge light? It's the one in the center of the three at the lower right when you are in landscape mode.
If your batt is at "end of mission" (**** up) then it's ability to hold and take a charge may be very limited. Calibrating the batt might help. You will need the toaster style charger.
If this is the issue, then the charge light may only stay on for a few seconds at a time when you first attach AC power, so be watching.
I could recommend a new batt (e-bay) if thats your only trouble. Nothing lasts forever. I'm in Missouri and will calibrate your batt if you want to mark it and ship it. Let me know.

If you're sure the batts are fresh, check for corrosion on the battery contacts. Hold the on-button for at least 5 seconds. If still nothing it's probably a blown fuse. Check with us for prices: www.crystalcamera.com
