Check compensating sprocket nut for tightness. If this has been removed in the past and not reinstalled correctly the nut WILL work itself loose causing a knocking or slapping noise from primary chaincase. Everytime this nut is removed, all the threads must be cleaned from the old locktite, both nut and shaft. This does not mean simply blowing it with air nut wire brushing it. Otherwise the old locktite will give a false torque settinf (nut will tighten on old lockite, not metal).
probably nothing because at 70mph any form of wind will greatly affect the handling of the bike
at 70mph even truck, stability can be affected by winds and they have more wheels than a bike
