(2) 30 amp fuses right in front of the battery and smaller fuses for fuel pump and such is down on the left side on the bottom right in front of the drive shaft got to take the black cover off it's like three separate type of screws.

Under the seat close to the battery and if it is the same as the vl800 there are fuses behind the bottom rear pannel on the same side as the drive shaft

2005 boulevard m50 wont start. New battery, checked and is good. Started fine before last battery died and I tried to jump it off. Ideas?

When jump starting a motorcycle, make sure the other vehicle is OFF (not running).
Check your fuses...you most likely blew one during the jump start process.

It sounds like either the gears or the speedometer cable itself is worn out. I would try replacing the speedometer cable.
