Have you cleaned out the gas tank and made sure it is clean with no water. Have you replaced the Fuel filters.
Have you adjusted the carburetor properly. Have you ever replaced the spark coil, it could be bad. Have you made sure the air filter is clean and clear of any obstructions.

try the fuel filter and make sure you have proper oil pressure!! Remeber if you have tried craking to many bad times then the plugs are going to be fouled out!! Means that they are going to be drowned with gas and need replacing!! Also make sure your fuel pump is coming on!! You should hear a hissin or a hummin noise back from the fuel tank!

Remove the engine cover (on the right). If you damage the gasket (most likely), you'll need to replace it when reassembling. Unscrew clutch top (4 screws). Use a flat screw driver to release washer lock (it holds clutch nut locked. Only one of several locks would be engaged). Use impact driver to unscrew clutch nut. Remove nut and 2 washers. Remove clutch. Reverse process to install new clutch.
