Hi, Kathleen the vast majority of service, parts fiche, and owners manuals on the internet are "FREE" to download and all service manuals contain wiring diagrams in the back pages. The rest usually charge a modest fee of $15 and there is a handful of obscure, rare, obsolete, and very old models that are no longer or never were available and some were never printed in English. The Indian and Philippine markets are usually in E-book format only, for these rare occasions I shall look on eBay and find the cheapest one available. Most of the manuals will cover your exact make, model, and year otherwise one will be provided that comes as close as possible to your bike and will have most of the same info that an exact manual would have. If there is no $ sign after the manual link it is free to download.

1997 Yamaha Virago XV750 headlight not working

Hi, B if your headlight is not working, intermittent, only one beam works, keeps burning out, blinking, dim or surges from bright to dim to bright the first thing you need to check is the headlight bulb for damaged filaments then check your light circuit fuse, then check your headlight bulb socket ground wire for a clean tight connection, that being said the usual suspects are:
1. Faulty ground or power supply wire to headlight bulb socket.
2. Worn down solder contacts or loose fit of the bulb base in the socket due to vibration.
3. Worn, chafed, or broken wires in the light circuit.
4. Corroded, broken, or loose pins/sockets in wire connectors.
5. Faulty hi/low beam switch.
6. Faulty ignition switch.
7. Fuse is good but no continuity on both sides.
8. Faulty headlight relay.
9. Faulty wiring between battery positive and headlight bulb socket.
10. Weak charging alternator/generator/lighting coil
11. Faulty voltage regulator/rectifier ground or overcharging.

How do I change the fuses for headlights in a Peugeot 307 1.4 lx

Owner's manual covers this. Lost it? Get a cheap shop manual at parts store (if available).

Perhaps it is not the fuse, but you can try looking in the owners manual, If you have lost the owners manual, try going to Chrysler parts or 'MOPAR" online and looking at the manual there... good luck.

No headlights works when switch turned on

If you are confident that both headlights are good, then my suggestion is to first investigate whether your fuse to the lights is blown.
To locate the fuse box, consult the owner's manual. But I believe you'll find it if you look under the dash on the driver's side. It is either on the left side of the driver's footwell in a side panel, or it is up under the steering column. Consult the owner's manual to find it.
Pop the fuse door off and look inside the door for the layout of the fuses and what electrical items they connect to. Your owner's manual may also have the layout picture of the fuses. You should see a fuse for the headlights. You'll need to pull that fuse and inspect it. The box cover may have a plastic fuse puller (which looks like large flat tweezers) so use it to grab the headlight fuse and pop it from its socket. If no fuse puller is in the box, then use a pair of needle nose pliers to carefully pull the fuse.
Once you have it out, hold it up to the light and see if the metal link inside the plastic portion (just above the two flat blades) is broken or "blown"). If it is, then that's your problem and you simply need to replace that fuse with an exact one that has the same amperage rating. The amperage rating is a number stamped into the top of the plastic fuse (e.g. 10, 25, 30, etc). Sometimes the fuse box has a extra fuse of that color and amperage, so check it before heading to the store.
If the metal link looks solid and unbroken, then take a emory board (that the ladies use to file their nails) and draw it across those flat blades to remove any oxide. This ensures the flat blades make solid contact with the fuse socket when you re-insert it.
Check the lights after inserting the new fuse, or the original good fuse.
If the lights still do not work, then I'd look to this next step:
Check the wire sockets going directly into the two headlights to be sure they are well-seated into the back of the lamps.
If that doesn't remedy the issue, then you are likely looking at a bad dash switch. Before you pull the current dash switch, give it a vigorous on/off cycle a few times in case it has some oxide on the contacts inside. Also check it's wiring socket on tha backside of the swith to ensure it is well-seated. That can be a pain to get to, tho. Hope this helps. - RedRanger

Neither of the seat heaters are working. I can not find the fuse for them. Can you help me? It's a 1999 300M.

The fuse box should on the dash on the drivers side. Open the drivers door and it should be there.

There is another one under the hood next to the drivers headlight.

Please see owners manual for which fuse is the heated seat fuse.
