Just bought set of new tyres for my old car - 19565R14 It's now blown a headgasket and replacing with Toyota Camry 2000 - can I use the new tyres on this car please?.
Little Old Lady
Have a look on the side walls of the tyres.Near where the tyre meets the rim,you will see a few sets of numbers and letters similar to what you put up.195 is the width of the tyre,65 is how thick the tyre is from the rim to the tread,R is a speed rating and 14 is the size of the rim that the tyre is on.There is a very good chance you can use the tyres if the 14 is the same.Other than that, there is even a bigger chance that the rims and tyres will just bolt straight on.Litollady:) Hope this helps
Testimonial: "Wow - thanks - I'll be picking up the Camry 2000 SXV20R CSI 4 cylinder 2.2 ???? what does all that mean??? tomorrow. "
me aussie too
Help any way I can
The car is a little newer,a little better, and has a slightly bigger motor. All will be good. The Camry is a great car.:)
Just check the 14 or it may be 15 on the newer car
Have a great time with your new car. They are a very good model.A little bit different in the motor but you will more than likely use less fuel and they are cheaper to service.Need to ask a question? I will be happy to help if I can.:)

It depends on the specific model, but I have found a website that should help:

Testimonial: "thanks - I live in Australia. I hope to find more details on the website. "

Unfortunately that website did not include the Camry model (Australia) that I am buying. Should I worry now?
Thanks Guys
