Hp officejet r45 Printer

Select print in grey scales only in printer properties while shooting the print command, printer is using color cartridge instead of mono cartridge..

Go to Printers and Faxes and right click on the HP OfficeJet 4110 printer,click on Properties then click on Print Test Page. If the Test pageprints correctly then the printer driver is installed correctly.
If the printer is not displayed in Printers ans Faxes or the Print Test Page does not work then install the printer driver.

You need to replace both cartridges
even if these you are new

Try the HP 950C as your driver for the T45, it worked on mine.

I'm having the same problem mate. I recently upgraded to Windows 7 and was forced to download the updated drivers. But that didn't resolve the problem either. (Yes, I was having the problem before I upgraded).

There are no official drivers for the T45 in Vista. You can, however, use the Officejet R45 drivers instead. It seems to work well, and supports color printing.

yes when you give print command you can choose the option in printer propertis colour mode instead of grayscale.

In the 'printer dialogue' window that comes up when you try to print, look under properties or preferences............ have you accidentally got the 'Print in greyscale' box ticked?
