Question about Motorcycles
The stator on a motorcycle is purely a generator to keep the battery topped up and charging. The spark from the coils is a separate CDI system.

Could be the spark plug cable it self causing all the grief. Or it just could be one of the above that you mentioned. Not everything new is fail safe.
Good luck figuring it out.
