New Seniors Card program applicants receive a seniors myki for free as part of their Seniors Card application. If you don't already have your seniors myki, contact Public Transport Victoria (PTV) on www.ptv.vic.gov.au or by calling 1800 800 007 between 6am and midnight daily. Once you have your seniors myki, you can top it up at close to 800 retailers including:
All 7-Eleven stores.
The ticket office window at Premium Stations and staffed V/Line commuter stations.
From a myki machine located at all train stations and major tram and bus interchanges.

Remember - it's a condition that you carry your Seniors Card at all times when travelling on public transport as proof of your concession entitlement.
The E1 E2 flashing together (alternately) means that there is a loose
sensor wire. The wire may have come loose during transportation to the
store. The unit will need to be exchanged at the store where you
purchased it or you will need to phone a service depot in your area to
have it fixed. Contact our Customer Service Department at
1-800-26-DANBY to locate your nearest service depot.
Removing the two bolts on either side of the bike, in front of the rear wheel will open the battery box door (You must look under the bike and locate the battery box). Locate the battery terminal bolts on either side of the frame. Remove the positive side first. The battery should then slide down from the box. Make sure you glue the nuts to the new battery terminal. Put the positive terminal back on the battery first to avoid a short when installing the new battery.
