SOURCE: handle height adjustment

It i called a detent lever, part # 2030052. Usually a repair shop can order this for you. Or you might try bissell.com and see if you buy it online from them.

Adjust handle bar height ?

looking at some pictures of this model, most appear to be using an "Aheadset" style handlebar stem, there is not any way to raise this type of stem. Your alternative is to go online or to a local bike shop and purchase a new stem that will fit your fork and handlebar that has a higher pitch angle to it, or a compatible adjustable stem that pivots. Expect to pay $25-$50 or more for a new handlebar stem, not including labor to install.

I have a Honda Elite 1998 CH80. Throttle won't increase when handle is rotated. I replaced jets and checked vac housing, adjusted needle height. Engine turns fine. Runs great at one speed.

With the engine off, Check the linkage cable from the handle to the carb, making sure , at full throttle at the handle the carb is at full throttle.

How to adjust height on rear springs

adjusting the spring tension makes the ride harder and mite hold you up slightly ! is the adjuster on the top of the shock and rotates by hand coz thats the oil reaction responce , or is it below the spring which you need a tool to adjust ? if suspension is nearly full compressed after all these then fit longer shocks ! Dial a ride air shocks are good as you can select the height , not cheep though ! P...

Are there adjustments to the handle bars to raise them up

Hi
There are some small adjustments that can be made.
remove the centre consul where the key goes in.
This just lifts off from the rear.
Under that you will find a black cover, pull that off.
The handle bolts and clamps are under that.
undo the 2 rear bolts and you can then adjust handlebar angle and height.

I would like to adjust the rear suspention to a higher setting (Ibeleive it ahs eight) can anyone give me direction on how to access the adjusting part and how to make the adjustment

In the factory tool set in your bike should be a spanner wrench. It has a handle and looks like a C on the other end. Look on the top or bottom of the shock and you will see holes going all the way around it. The tip of the wrench fits into a hole and turns that part of the shock. Sometimes the shock has a little sticker on it with numbers 1 thru 5. If not, just turn it one click at a time to see all of the ride settings. Remember giving it more height will also make it a bouncier ride. Hope this helps...

Need to adjust height of handlebar on a jeep sahara bicycle

Most bikes use an allen key to adjust the height of the handle bars. Typically 6mm. But be careful most bikes do not have much adjustment that can be done to the height of the handle bars. The handle bar stem will have a line on it of the "minimum insertion". That line must be below the top of the head set nut for safety reasons. Look for the line as you adjust the height.

92 honda accord camber adjustment

There is no no camber or caster adjustment on that model. If the car has been in an accident, chances are something is bent. My experience has been that the shock body and/or the steering knuckle is bent. Parts replacement is the only true fix. If the vehicle has had the ride height altered, ie. lowering springs, then there are adjustable upper control arms and ball joints available. These do generally only address the camber angle, not caster, which can also greatly affect handling. hope this helps.
