I want to strip down my 2001 road king & put it all together on a paughco swing arm frame

Hi Anonymous, the first thing I would do is purchase a service manual and two cycle lifts from the websites below they run about $100 a piece including shipping, the manual $6.50. Have your new frame powder coated to the color you want. Then remove the fenders and tank, transfer the front end and rear wheel assembly and shocks, so you have a rolling chassis on the new frame, then the engine and trans and the rest as you feel comfortable with. Take your time, be patient, pay attention to detail, torque everything to book specs. and read your service manual before you do any procedure. When you finish you can sell the extra cycle lift to a friend enjoy your new creation:

Honda foreman trx450 right rear wheel wobbles. Bearings are good, but found that my axle nut was totally stripped. What could cause this

You say the rear wheel axles and bearings have been replaced, you mentionnothing of the front wheels, you have the symptoms of a front wheel bearing being worn out, remove them and check for pitting in the bearing rollers or the bearing races, I am sure you will find a problem. Hope this helps solve your issue with the bearing noise.
