Before you even start looking at your bike you need to find the fault code How to access fault codes and what they mean, once you know the code then it makes life easier here is a link of how to retrieve the codes and what they mean, its good to print this off and keep for future use
I suggest you check the exhaust pipe on each cylinder when you start the bike in the morning. My guess is that one cylinder is not firing properly. The "cold" pipe is the bad cylinder. If you haven't done it already, stick in a set of new spark plugs. I am surprised that the fuel injection system isn't sending sending the " FI "signal. Is the air cleaner clean? Good gas?
You have a fuel delivery problem.
Open the gas cap on the bike & try. This will prove if a vacuum is happening inside the tank (plugged vent).
Check fuel filter.
Check fuel pump.
Check fuel pressure regulator.
