Hi I have just purchased a st1100 pan european to find it had its abs lights disconected ,on reconection it keeps flshing 1 fairly long flash and keeps repeating it I have reset fault finding system and it keeps repeating 1 flash ,have tried interducing another fault by removing a wheel sensor but light stays the same

I have a 1200 trophy keeps cutting out like it is running out of fuel then it will not restart unless you undo the screw on the carb then it will run again for a while then cuts out have changed all the fuel lines cleanned the carbs put new rubbers on cleaned the air filter new plugs now it fires on 2 pots the middle 2 will not fire
You will find that its a faulty actuator common fault.somtimes its the front somtimes it the rear they are costly buy a manual on disc from ebay and go though the checks.
