No. The GSXR750 1988-95 is the same front disc as GSXR1100 1989-96 only

OEM Nos. 59210-40C03 Front Right Disc
59220-40C03 Front Left Disc
69211-17C00 Rear Disc
These fit 1988-92 GSXR 750 and !989-82 GSXr1100

Ebay is the obvious choice, but you could end up with another rusty tank as people can be somewhat dishonest with their description.
How bad is the tank? There are some really good remedys to recover rusty internal tanks. One I would recommend is POR 15 (google it).

May I suggest a trip to your local library. Cycle repair books should be in 646 stacks of reference.

the gsxr1100 cam will fit the bandit 1200 engine, i've done that mod 3 times so far. after that it's just exhaust and jetting.

I have been fixing bikes and I never came accross such an equipment but instead I would suggest you look on ebay as there are things that never existed that you can get there and very cheap too.But to my knowledge I have not seen one and it will be quite awkward to fit as you will need a wired connection to the sensor or float...

Yes but you wont have any where to plug in the fuel sender but its not standard equiptment on the 750
