There is one supply hose (larger) and a bunch of vent tubes. The vent tubes really don't matter how they are connected as long as they vent. The vents that point vertical - just loop the tube up and then down towards the ground.

One large one will be a fuel supply from your fuel tank the others are all breathers and just hang down and usually exit between the shock and swing arm.
They just hang down and dont connect to anything.
If you are doing a lot of water crossings or creek crossing or just deep water you can run all the breathers back up into the top of your air box so they dont suck water.

1994 suzuki quadrunner lt f250 wont run

Hey Marty,
An internal combustion engine requires three things to run..(if all the internals are good)..
1. A properly timed spark.
2. Adequate compression (>120psi).
3. Proper air/fuel mixture.

Start by eliminating one of these at a time...(get a professional to clean and set the carb), install a new spark plug. Get a new fuel line.

My 1991 Suzuki 250 quadrunner 4x4 will not run if the vacum line is hooked up on the carburetor not sure how the vacum system works?

It sounds to me like there may be a clog of some kind at one end or other end of this vacuum hose. This is what you will have to check. GOOD LUCK FRIEND

1989 quadrunner 160. wont run.

Verify floats are properly moving freely by removing gas tank and looking down on carburetor housing. Open gas throttle gently through visual inspection. Check throttle grease for smooth play and fluid movement. Verify fuel to oil mixture. Check idler adjustment, refer to owners manual and schematics. Possible carburetor remanufacturing, replacement, or kit overhaul.

No fuel getting from tank to carburetor. Cleaned and checked fuel position valve on the bottom of the tank and traced line to front junction block under the left front fender. Model not listed 1999...

the fuel line leaving tank to the box is your fuel pump,it may not be working, take the line from the tank to pump and check to see if you have fuel flow through that line,if you do reconnect it and disconnect line leaving box to carb, push start button to see if you have fuel from pump,if not, check to see if there is a vacuum line connected to pump,it may be vacuum operated, you can also just run the fuel line from tank straight to carb to see if it will start, then you will know if its your fuel pump.

Suzuki 500 quadrunner idels good but will not throttle up just dies

I expect you have blocked jets in the carb.
Strip down the carb and clean the jets then reassemble and tune.
Hope that helps.

Car 1994 Suzuki Vitara (Sidekick), 3 door, carburetor, petrol.
I need a hose diagram for the carburetor. The person who owned it before made a mess of the system so its not throttling steadily. Hoses are blocked off and I suspect hoses re routed.

Help me please!

How do the hoses go on my carb 1975 suzuki rm 125

How many hoses do you have? On most bikes you have a larger hose, for fuel, and two smaller hoses for carb overflow. You can take off the bowl from the carb and turn on the gas (outside the garage).........and if gas flows out you have the fuel hose on correctly. The smaller overflow hoses are not that important. They are just there to take any fuel overflow away from the carburetor.

Pcv bypass and carburetor hook up

As far as the breather to the top of the engine goes, just pull off the hose and replace it with a small breather filter and you are good to go. Sorry, but can't help with your vaccum diagram.
