the one i put on was pretty self explanatory u have to take a motor mount plate off and a longer bolt was given to replace the one taken out hope this helps
It sounds like it may have flooded or your timing might be off. I would start with the flooding first. Let the bike see for a 30 minutes and try again. If it works and dies out, have the trottle leaned a bit. If thats not the issue try retiming the bike.
