best guess, most cars hold about 5 quarts. if you are changing the oil, put in 4 quarts and then check the level after you start the car and let it run for a minute. don't check it right away. give it a minute for the oil to get back down to the oil pan.
I just use what the tire says max. pressure is unless you're a really big guy,250-300 lbs. then I would use 3 or 4 psi less.Maximum pressure I have found gives the best even wear on the tires.

My 2007 C90t which is the same motor as yours requires 4 1/2 quarts of 10/40wt.
Stick with Suzuki brand oil btw. When I changed to Amsoil, I developed a problem.
I have an '03 XL7 that takes 5.8 quarts with oil filter attached. You can check online for the info. Just Google the vehicle specs and it should give you a lisiting (fluids, tire pressure, etc.)
