You may have a problem with your reeds.If you have done a rebuild because something internally has destroyed itself then the chances of those loose metal fragments chipping or cracking a reed are quite high.Pull the reed block and check it out and replace if neccesary.Other than that i can only presume a problem with the rebuild.hope i've given you some direction Armstrong.....Good luck with it .
Yes, crank seals can be an issue. A tight block is necessary for drawing the fuel into the cylinder.
