My scooter is a 125 cc 02 will not start it gives

Measure if you get a 12 volts on both sides of the solenoid(device making the clicking sound)when you press the start button.If you do get 12 volt you should fault find the Starter.If Not you have a faulty solenoid switch

Check your battery connection. It sounds like you have dirty terminals and it just needs a clean. There does not seem to be a manual available for the RX but plenty for the RS, check http://www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp , and there might be some more information in one of the manuals.
