What is the true concept f i increase the air of my 30mm oko carburetor to 3 turns of airscrew?..it will be increase the consumption of the gasoline? or not

Raise the hood of your car and find the air cleaner. It should be on top of your engine. It is usually large and maybe round, and usually black. It is usually held in place with a wing nut. Remove the top of the air cleaner, and look down inside this. There should be a hole about 2-3 inches across. This is the top of the carburetor, if your car has one. There is a flap you should see inside the top of the carburetor throat. That is the choke flap. That should be open when the engine is hot, and nearly closed when the engine is cold. If that flap is sticking, it will stick nearly closed, increasing your fuel consumption. You may be able to check if it is stuck by moving it with your finger. You can buy a spray can of carburetor cleaner at the car parts store, and spray that flap, and free it up to work better. Follow the instructions on the can.
what kind of carb is it? some will be on the side of the main chamber, although on some others that are CV (constant Vaccum) carbs like a ZX6R they are underneath in the gap of the float bowl, although a Honda CB500 has it right between both carbs quite high up and you need a very trick screwdriver for that!
if you are unsure take each screw out that you think it may be, and if its got a needle type end then thats ya mixture screw.
put it all the way in again and turn it 3 full turns out as a guideline, may need more or less

Tune the carburetor properly, use stock air filter and stock exhaust. Also check valve clearances to be correct. Better to use an iridium spark plug too.
Couple of reasons - #1) in colder/winter climates car needs to run richer at start up. #2) When was last time you replaced your fuel filter? A partially clogged fuel filter and/or air filter will increase fuel consumption.
put the original jet back in and leave well alone,any weaking of the mixture will burn the valves out and possibly burn a hole through the piston crown .Want better fuel consumption then buy a citreon diesel
Carburetors supply a mixture of gasoline and air to the engine. The gas comes out of little things called “jets” (usually a pilot jet, needle jet and main jet). If you modify your airbox or exhaust to flow more freely, you get more air going through your system. This often means that there is not enough gasoline, so the engine runs badly. “Rejetting” means replacing or modifying some of these jets so as to supply gasoline differently than stock, usually more gasoline than stock. If done correctly, this allows your engine to generate more power, run a little cooler, start and run smoother and get worse mileage.
