I have a 1995 ultra classic and need the wiring diagram for the tour pack because I have a short in the tour pack

I would recommend you find yourself a manual, it will have your wiring diags and a lot more. If you Google it and fossick around a little, you should be able to find a freebie.

Harley wiring diagrams

I have not worked this particular model. However, Harley wiring harness connections are modular, that is, they're set up in sections that plug into each other. For the Tour Pack there are two connections, one from the Tour Pack, and the other into a harness somewhere around rear drive. Wiring is like plumbing - follow the pipes. The service manual ($80) is a worthwhile investment for a $30,000 bike.

Could u please tell me how to install a tour pack

Well if you do not already have it you need to purchase two (2) items, the first being the installation kit, and the second the mount kit. Yeah it seems strange you buy the mounting kit and you still need to spend another $70 or so for another kit.
with the kits and or the tour-pak you will have directions and hardware to drill the tour-pak and the bolts to install it with. hope this helps,

yes because you will have to run wires from the front to the back for the speakers unless your really good at wiring

Need best antenna for cb radio on ultra classic. Also, which antenna is the cb antenna, right or left

looking grom the back of the bike or tour pack cb is on the left of the tour pack, As far as antenna's i use 8 inch rubber ones

Wiring diagram for tourpak on 2003 Harley Road King Ultra Classic

hey first off harley has a harness that will plug in the accessory outlet under the seat, now to the speakers you didnt say if you had a stero or what, now you would run speaker wire from the source to the speakers you can get the male portion (i believe)of the plug at the hd shop or just go to radio shack and get plugs(male-female) there and just soilder them shrink tube the connection hope this helps
