Freezer working but refrigerator is not cooling

Freezer working fine (close to zero) but refrigerator is not cooling (51 degrees), seems like fan and condensor not kicking on... I tried using turbo cool and nothing happened.

If freezer is close to zero, top to bottom, and fridge is warm(ing), then you likely have a defrost problem, you will notice an abundance of snow/frost on back wall of freezer. it could either be your heater, thermistor, defrost safety thermostat, or your defrost control/main cpu, depending on model. if either or both sides are warm at the top, and cold at bottom, then your freezer fan is out. again depending on your model, it may just be the fan, or a combination fan/main cpu board hope this helps

Amana fridge is not cold but freezer is working

If freezer is ok and cooling ( 5 degrees or less) one thing you might want to check is that the flow of cold air to refrigerator is not obstructed by the items in your freezer. The ductwork has to be available. Also check the opening of the damper if fridge is not cold enough. And is the fan operating at full speed - are the bearings dirty and slowing it down?
Also check your freezer temp - there are degrees of freezing. Water freezes at 32 degrees but a good freezer should go down to about zero. And the colder your freezer air is the colder your fridge will be.

Temperature is at 51 degrees. Door has been open and shut all day but the temperature shouldn't be this high and it doesn't seem to be going down.

Sub zero 532. freezer works fine --0 degrees. fridge wont get below 50 degrees. cleaned condenser fins- still no decrease in temp

check the fan that runs between the freezer and the fridge --check fan for ice blockage -debris-or damage / clean or clear blockage --if not running test wiring and connections as well as motor /repair or replace //also check fan damper is not frozen or blocked its flap that opens and closes for air to flow //----ur fridge side is cooled from the the freezer side the cold air is blown in from the freezer if fan or damper is not working correctly than fridge is usually warm and freezer is working properly

The refrigerator on my SubZero 650 is too warm. I set 38 F and the indicator goes directly to 48/50 degrees within a second of me releasing the temp select button. Freezer works fine. I have cleaned the...

I believe it's showing the actual temperature that it's currently inside the refrigerator, not the temperature it's set at. At least that's how my sub zero works. You may need to clean the coils to get it to cool better.

Refrigerator is not working, freezer is working

Sir, To solve this problem, you must open the compressor area at the back bottom of the refrigerator and chek the temperature of the pressure line. If the temperature is between 55celcius to 60 than its ok. Or else you need to change the refrigerant. I suggest you to contact the service authority.

Freezer side of 690 does not work (not even cool); refrigerator side works just fine.

Check the fan in the freezer department. It has to run when the door i closed. Sometimes the door switch is bad. This causes the freezer coils to ice up so the cold air does not go through the coil to cool the freezer. Unplug the power cord for 1 hour or two hours. Then plug the cord in and see if the freezer gets cold.
