My 1993 Suzuki GSXR 750, while I was riding, when it get up in speed about 80-90 and started to sputter and then a few minutes later it was choking itself and losing power and then died, but will start right back up.

Vapor lock? float level ? main needles to low

Check the diaphrams of all 4 carbs. 3 of the covers nipples should be capped and 1 goes to fuel pet-****. Take out the carb assembly, remove float bowls. Remove air jet and main jet. Force air through every oriface. The face of the carb on the bottom of the air intake port is 2 little holes/ports. verify all 4 intakes have the same air flow. 1 is probably restricted and choking a cylinder. After that, reassemble, install and do a carb sync. You need 4 vacume gauges. 1 hooked to the nipple on the cover of each diaphram. sync screws are inbetween each carb. There are 3. Sync 1 half of the motor(Right pair), then the other(Left pair), then BOTH(Center screw). You need to be warmed up already. If the pressure keeps moving on you then you probably have a clog in one of those ports. Dirty air filter will worsen and or cause this.
