Hopefully by know you have figured out that the speedo sensor is NOT on the front wheel and is actually under the case cove on the right side. Mine went out at 600 miles.

Have you had the front wheel off lately?
The speedo sensor may have been broken when the front tire was put back on (a common thing, and easily broken).
The wiring harness under the speedo may have vibrated loose also.

SOURCE: 05 Suzuki C90T turn signal replacement

The turn signal indicators are attatched by a M6 screw underneath, they do not screw in like most bikes.

Both the rear and front indicators are mounted on a nice chrome fitting that can easily be removed. The rear one is bolted through the fender, access the bolts from inside the guard. The front ones are mounted with screws underneath the chrome mounting. Once you remove the mounting the wiring can be easily unplugged and indicators replaced.

Where is the air filter located on a 2006 Suzuki C90T Boulevard Motorcycle?

It is not under the cover, If you find one there then you must be riding an 800cc C50.

The filter is under the so called 'tank'. To change it you need to remove the chrome speedo housing, unplug the instruments and you will see it up near your headstock. Remove the three screw that hold it in place and you will be able to lift it out.

I know this may sound lame but I had a similar rattle and it was the catch on the fuel lid.
I put a little rubber on the tounge of the lock and now it is quiet.

Charging system failure suzuki c90 2005

My Clymer manual has good diagrams.
The 30 amp fuse that protects the charging system on my '07 C90T is located behind the left upper cover. Yours is the same.
You have to remove the steering head cover and the chrome speedometer section to get to it.
Yep. blow the fuse on a trip and you better have tools so you can get to it.
