I have a 2006 CRF 450, at the track I noticed that my water pump leak hole was leaking out a little during riding. The bike started to make a strong clicking noise from the engine. I purchased the the oil seal, water pump seal, shaft, and bearing then replaced them. In the process I thought I should replace the cam chain because I noticed that it was a little stretched out. Put it back together and bike starts 1st kick and runs fine. Except for the clicking from the engine and water getting into the left side oil cover. I don't know if this matters or not, but when I was replacing the water pump seal I looked at the hole in the case where the seals go and it was oblong toward the weep hole. How is water getting into the case and what is that clicking noise?
