2006 Triumph Bonneville T100 leaky head gasket

Pretty simple question, I've only been riding for a year and have never worked on a bike. My head gasket is leaking oil, it's about $380 to have a dealership fix it. How complicated is it to replace this myself? Is it worth paying the extra money to take it in?

G'Day,
For the price you have been quoted, it may be that it just requires to be re-torqued to pull up the leak. Or even just a resealing of the cam/valve gear covers. Changing the head gasket would be somewhat more work/expense. This is a fairly easy task to accomplish if you have some spanner experience, a torque pattern to follow, and the tools to do it. If you have no tools, then it could cost you $200 for a cheap torque wrench, socket set, other tools you will need.
Any time you start tearing down a motorcycle, good idea to go get yourself should get yourself a workshop manual(click here for a Haynes $42.95)to start. This is where you can get knowledge on how to strip down the bike to the point you can do it, and also correct sequence / procedure for torquing the head to spec. You would need to pull the tank, seat, and so on, good experience if you wanna get your fingers dirty. Get into it if you are game.

Triumph Bonneville T100 2015 (5'4" short arms) need to back up my handlebars 1.5 to 2" I get sore neck , shoulder! Any suggestions if possible without making big changes! Different bars or back riser?

If you shop around there are plenty of styles of handlebar. Might be worth you trying a bar from a dirt bike or some sort of cruiser bike.
Another option could be to tilt your existing bars back a small amount and add a fork stem riser. Sometimes simply raising the handlebar height on the fork top can help.

Ive got a truimph bonneville t100 2008 exhust pipes tuening blue at the head and golden by the silences is this detremental?

It is 100% normal and caused by the exhaust heat. A pointer though; if you do any work to the bike and had touched the exhaust pipes, clean them thoroughly before running because you will end up with fingerprints on the pipes that will be extremely difficult if not impossible to remove. Safe riding.

I have a 2006 T100 Bonneville and one exhaust is getting far hotter than the other - any suggestions please?

The hot pipe is running a lean fuel / air mix. Chances are outside air is getting into the intake manifold by getting past the mounting clamps between the carb and the cylinder. A cracked rubber manifold, burned exhaust valve, loose spark plug or bad head gasket are other possibilitys. Is there any chance a previous owner has a smaller main jet in one carb than the other? Are the spark plugs both the same? Please rate my answer. Thanks!

Are the 12/2007 and 2008 Triumph T100 the same bike? when did fuel injection come in?

Then 10th digit in the vin number tells you the year.
If it is a W = 1998
X = 1999
Y = 2000
If it is a 1 = 2001
2 = 2002
etc.
So your 12/07 bike is a 2008 and the 10th digit in your vin # will be an 8
