Does the new battery have the acid installed?Check the fuses, and make sure Kill switch is in Run and gears are in neutral befor starting.If still nothing you may need a volt regulator.

Make sure it's in park. Hold the wheel snug against the stop, first one way, then the other, to take pressure off the wheel/key lock while trying to turn the key.
Does the engine spin over and not start? Or turn the key and nothing happens? New spark plugs and wires won't have anything to do with the starter and battery keeping the engine from spinning when you turn the key. Need more specific explanation. Thanks, Scott
Have you dropped it in water or anything like that lately? Sounds like your screen went out for some reason. Before we dive into this, remove your battery and try to locate a small white strip of paper, is this red?
