2002 Honda VTX 1800C. Idle Problem

2002 Honda VTX 1800C. With a full tank of gas (actually anywhere during the first 2.5 to 3 gallons of usage of a full tank) the bike will go from high speed to idle, and continue to idle just fine. (Like slowing to turn a corner or letting off the throttle etc...) However, when the bike gets about 90 miles on it + - 5 miles it will just die when you release the throttle form higher speeds. About the time the low fuel light comes on is when this occurs. Fill the tank back up and runs fine until you burn down 2 1/2 to 2.8 gal of gas? What this all about?

Sound like you just running low on fuel you probably dont have a problem at all don't let you fuel level run so low if it does that turn your fuel petcock to reserve and head for the nearest gas station.

This bike is fuel injected and doesn't have a petcock. It may have a fuel pickup/pump issue. Fuel pressure and flow volume tests should be performed.

2004 Honda VTX 1800C. I just changed the slave cylinder seals now I can ride anywhere with no problems or slip or anything. But after I stop and turn the bike off, the clutch point is last minute.

Question edited for clarity, full year maker model.
Question moved to model category.

Not sure what you mean by "clutch point is last minute", but after driving it a bit, bleed the lines again and adjust the clutch.

I have 2004 honda vtx 1800c that won't idle when it's been sitting over night. Will idle after it's been driven for about 10 minutes. Any ideas.

i had same with my vtx 1800 i adjusted the idle , if you look to the left of engine between the pots there is a little plastic wheel on the end of a cable which goes to the throttle body, i think it is anti clockwise to increase. try this it worked ok for me however there is a cold start on these and it is operated by coolant temperature check your coolant level and top up if neccessary with the correct coolant as specified (not got info at hand)

2002 honda 1800c vtx, stalling going down a hill with gallon or less gas

Your fuel petcock is in the rear of the tank. At steep downhill angles all the fuel flows to the front of the tank and not in the petcock. Meaning at steep downhill angles with low fuel level . . .your bike doesn't get any fuel.

HONDA VTX 1800c 2002 no ignition afther accident

There could be a "tilt" switch on the bike. Usually they are in the speedometer. This kills the ignition to the bike should it be dropped while riding. I don't know if it can be reset. Local dealer may can help.
