Check the wiring on that light. Also check the bulb with a couple of wires to the battery, or swap the bulb left to right to make sure the new bulb is okay.

My passenger side low beam headlight recently went off on me. ... I've changed the bulb again, and changed the fuse just in case, but .... My driver side headlight wire got loose so when i hit a bump at night if would flicker. ... When you notice one side not working (Low or High beam) it could be the module.

I drive a 07 Grand Prix and the low beams randomly went out. Could not get them to come back on, but all of the other lights worked (inside, parking, and high beams). found a forum online that recommended replacing the fuse/thing at location #35 in the fuse box under the hood. It worked immediately!! Got the part at Advanced Auto parts for $35 dollars.
