Chineese scooter NEED HELP!!!! ok i have a 150cc chineese scooter brand new engine less than 100 miles when i takwe short 6 to 10 mile trips its great no issues runs great today i had to go on a long 30 mile trip first 20 miles bike ran just fine then it started light white smoke coming from around side of engine and top area engine didnt sound quite as quiet power was the same but on the last 10 miles of trip i was cruising at 45mph and it started to bog like it got no fuel just dropping speed and when you throttle you get no speed then it gets to 25 mph and kicks back in and starts going again and it did it over and over then you pull over turn it off let it sit for 5 min and it will go again just fine then a few minutes later it does it again any ideas?

Does this scooter have a brand name or model? Is the engine cooled by water or air thru the engine fins?

These are ideas only as there are many things that could improve gas mileage.
When was the last time you had a tune up? (Spark plugs check for bad sensors . When was the Air filter changed..
do you always check the air pressure in the tires. Low tires can bring your mileage down five miles per gallon or more.
Do you drive with fast starts and stops.
Do you run short trips? Short trips does not let the engine warm up to the right traveling temperature. I live in town and I get about 15 miles per gallon in town but if I drive 20 miles or more I get 24 or more with my Buick.
You will get less mileage if you drive in real cold weather.

every 3000 miles or 3 months. You should change it before the light comes on. Unless you are using synthetic oil.
